HOLIDAY BREAK: Please note that Joss will be away after the evening class of Wed.18 Aug. He will resume classes on Mon.6 Sep. When you practice Yoga be sure to have an empty stomach, and wear comfortabe clothing you can move in. It is best to have a set of clothes, a mat, and a thin blanket that you use just for Yoga. This helps you enter a good frame of mind for practice.
